The whole premise of Mor is offering Maternity Coaching to Mommas at no charge. We structured our organization as a 501(c)(3) non-profit and are relying on company donations for funding. The company you work for does not have to be a donor to participate, although we'd love to have them! Check out our FAQs for more info.
You’ve got a pretty inflexible timeline you are facing. We’ll work with you to make sure you’ve dotted every i and crossed every t in regards to your leave and your role as a working Momma. We’ll ask the tough questions, and the easy ones, to make sure you’ve worked through a bunch of stuff before you head out on leave and that your company is supporting you as well. Even though we will provide you with some working Momma information and education your coaching sessions, as always will be driven by you and your individual needs.
