Maternity Coaching via Mor is focused 1:1 support for women as they navigate the complex transition to becoming a Working Mom.

Based on authentic programs, built by a mom, our mission is to raise awareness, through education and personal coaching, of the impact of having children on our lives, careers and those around us. Mor offers zero-cost Maternity Coaching to local NorthBay Working Moms.

Via dissemination of data, statistics and supporting evidence, Mor will introduce expecting and new parents to individualized strategies for coping, surviving, and thriving in the workplace. Mor strives to help working professionals navigate entry into motherhood and reentry into the work world post-Mat Leave with eyes wide open.
