Maternity coaching, via Mor, is offered to the Mommas at no cost, funded instead by small (seriously, small!) donations from many companies. Crowdfunded rather than individually funded. Maternity leave doesn’t just impact the expecting parent. It’s tough on Managers, it’s tough on departments and it’s a super tricky time to navigate what can and can’t be done. Contract with Mor to individually or team coach any employees that are directly involved with an impending or occurring leave. It is important to ensure that everyone is supported during this time, and that the prep work is done to ensure the impact to the organization is minimized.
We aren’t lawyers. We repeat, we aren't lawyers. So we aren’t looking at your policies through that lens. Instead, we are making sure that your average employee will understand and implement your leave policies in the right way. And through the process, we are going to ask you if you can do better. Can you provide more clarity, more support? Mor is one step in the right direction, but we’ll bring other ideas to the table.
We will start with some internal surveys and interviews to understand what the current culture of your organization is regarding family-friendly policies. Once we get the data we'll provide a report and summary of areas of focus. All information and the entire process are 100% confidential and will not be shared externally unless express permission is granted to do so.
