Working Momma? Momma who ended up staying home? From how many children you have, to how many times you've taken maternity leave, this 5-10 minute survey asks you a bunch of questions about your experience. Some multiple-choice, some open-ended, a little bit of everything.

Focused on understanding reentry stressors, this 3-5 minute survey asks about your situation before and after maternity leave. It seeks to understand common situations that make some experiences smooth and some less than smooth.

Open-ended, this is the place to open up. Anything you want to share as a working Momma, or a Momma that chose to leave the workforce. As we continue to build our programs your experience is invaluable in helping us understand.
